Sarong's SD 9 and SD 18 are vertical thermoforming machines that can produce single-serve containers in a continuous stream, using Sarong's patented technology. The turnkey automated process feeds both plastic film, and the liquid contents in a pre-programmed sequence. The film is thermoformed into 3D containers, which are then filled to the appropriate level. Up to eight different contents may be filled simultaneously. Containers are sealed with both heat and pressure, to ensure a 100% leak-proof product. Moving down the line, containers are stamped and scored for any perforations, before moving into the die-cutting module, which cuts individual containers, or strips of 2 to 8.
The SD 9 and SD 18 both combine the traditional sturdy mechanics of Italian engineering with a user-friendly single person computer interface. Designed to meet all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), the processing area is separate from the mechanics and driving sections.
SD 9 and SD 18 construction combines frame, components, fixed and removable parts made from high-quality stainless steel to guarantee easy cleaning and maintenance.
Sarong's SD 9 handles low to medium production speeds up to 30-35 cycles per minute.
Output can range from 6,000 to 18,000 units per hour.
Machine length is 6 meters.
Sarong's SD 18 handles medium to high production speeds up to 30-35 cycles per minute.
Output can range from 10,000 to 30,000 units per hour.
Machine length is 11 meters.
Sarong's BASIC and MIDIMAX EASYLINES are modular horizontal thermoforming machines producing single-serve containers in a continuous stream, using Sarong's patented technology. The film is thermoformed into containers starting from plain printed or unprinted plastic film. After the forming, several further operations are implemented, customizing the required final design. The filling of product can be automatic or manual or both. Containers are sealed with heat and pressure, to ensure a 100% leak-proof product. The final station provides perforation among single packages (when required) and the cutting of individual containers, or strips of multiple units.
The EASYLINE machines combine the traditional sturdy mechanics of Italian engineering with a user-friendly single person computer interface. A wide utilization of servo driven mechanisms allows the maximum degree of operative flexibility.
